Artist's Statement

My furniture work is primarily focused in rethinking Judaica aesthetics. I experiment with different histories of design, ranging from Medieval Mudejar art and architecture, to Art Deco furniture. I draw on these histories to inspire Judaica furniture and ritual objects that are compelling beyond their function.
